INDUSTRIAL VISITS

Industrial visits play a crucial role in the education of BBA LLB students. These visits are a great way to provide students with a hands-on understanding of real-world business operations. They get to witness how theoretical concepts are applied in practice, which bridges the gap between classroom learning and practical experience. This practical exposure is invaluable as it helps students gain a better understanding of the subject matter and prepares them for their future careers.

So far, the BBA LLB students have been taken to Stovekraft, Infosys Mysore, Coke Factory, and other notable industries. During these visits, students also have the unique opportunity to interact with professionals, managers, and executives from different organizations. Conversations with industry experts offer insights into the latest trends, best practices, and challenges faced by businesses. Learning directly from those implementing strategies on the ground is very beneficial, as it enhances students' knowledge and understanding of the subject matter.

Building relationships with industry professionals can open doors to internships, mentorships, and job opportunities. These connections are essential for kickstarting students' careers. Visiting companies also helps students understand the skills and competencies required for specific roles. This knowledge can be very useful for students who are looking to pursue a career in the business world.

Students witness the inputs and outputs of various business operations and processes performed at the workplace during industrial visits. This firsthand experience enhances their understanding of how organizations function. They get to see the various processes that go into making a business successful and learn about the different roles and responsibilities that people have within an organization.

Seeing successful professionals in action inspires students. They witness the tangible results of hard work, innovation, and persistence. Personal stories of industry leaders provide relatable and inspiring career trajectories. This inspiration and motivation can be very beneficial for students who are still exploring their career options and trying to figure out what they want to do in the future.

In summary, industrial visits blend practical exposure with learning, preparing BBA LLB students not only academically but also mentally and emotionally for their future careers. By providing students with the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts and witness real-world business operations, industrial visits can be a valuable addition to the curriculum of any BBA LLB program.
